With a little planning and preparation, it can be an enjoyable experience for all involved. Here are 10 tips to help you have a successful and fun journey with your toddler:

  • Pack plenty of snacks: Pack a variety of nutritious snacks that will keep your toddler full and happy during your travels.


  • Bring a few toys: Pack a few of your toddler’s favorite toys to keep them occupied and entertained during your travels.


  • Have a plan: Have a plan for how you’ll handle any potential issues that may arise.


  • Bring along a comfort item: Pack a special item such as a blanket or stuffed animal that your toddler can use for comfort during long trips.


  • Make frequent stops: Don’t be afraid to stop frequently to allow your toddler to stretch their legs and take a break from the car seat or plane ride.
